Designed by Lothar Meggendorfer, this is a series of 28 die-cut scenic views of people in a city park. Hinged pages allow varied arrangements of people in the Victorian Age enjoying the park. My favorite pages are the sweethearts enjoying a boat-ride, over looked by a deer family. Attractive and very clever panoramic design.
Facsimile, of couse, but still a great 19th-century-type pop-up photographer as one of the movable figures.
Book unfolds into a house with pop-out furniture. Nifty. Reproduction of original, old book.
