I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Alex Parker is a bad boy hockey player and Charlotte "Coach" Coachman is the sports agent who's been tasked with keeping him in line. Charlotte resists her attraction to Alex because she "doesn't date clients." - especially a womanizer like Parker - but Alex is kind, sweet and patient - and flirtacious - with her and they eventually succumb to their mutual attraction. I love the banter between the two of show more them and their chemistry is smoking hot. This book was difficult to put down until I'd reached the end. I'll definitely be reading the rest of the Face-Off series. show less
Great book! You can't help but fall in love with Dean - he's absolutely devoted to Kat as both a friend and romantically. I loved that the story followed them from their first meeting, through the years of college and finally to their happily ever after. Jillian Quinn does the hockey sports romance justice - they're realistic, believable and there's enough hockey detail to satisfy a real hockey fan without taking away from the story. I am looking forward to reading the stories of all the show more Baldwin brothers! show less
Being a fan of Jillian Quinn’s Face-Off Series, I was excited that she decided to come out with the stories of the next generation of hockey players in the Face-Off Legacy Series. In this series, the sons from the Face-Off series characters, play hockey together at Strickland University.

PUCKING PARKER is about the youngest son of Alex Parker and Charlotte Coachman (Coach) Parker, Preston, and Strickland’s hockey coach’s daughter, Bexley “Bex” Bryant. The plot is about the coach’s show more daughter who is not supposed to date the star player. The story is cleverly written and entertaining. There are unexpected twists and interesting outcomes.

I like the similarities that Bex has with Preston’s mother, like the fact that they both play(ed) college basketball. I like that Bex challenges Preston. She treats him like she would anyone else. I like her tomboy personality, and that she speaks her mind.

I love that the characters in the Face-Off Legacy series have grown up together. They have a unique bond that makes them a family. They are all wealthy and have different obstacles to face then the normal person, primarily the pressure of living up to their parents’ success. This is especially true for Preston being the team captain.

PUCKING PARKER was an amazing start to the spin-off series. The book was hard to put down and had relevant issues. I look forward to following this series. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Jillian Quinn scores with Prince Pucking Charming. In this story, Washington Capitals captain, Duke Baldwin, needs to attend anger management therapy after pummeling Philadelphia Flyers rookie Dean Crawford on the ice for getting his sister pregnant. He sees Dr. Delilah Devine. Her and her daughter, Max, might just be what he needs to heal. This contemporary sports romance is suitable for adult readers.

Prince Pucking Charming is a fantastic story. There are interesting ethical issues. There show more are league politics with Duke’s father having also been in the NHL. Duke went through a lot growing up it is understandable why he has anger issues. I love that Delilah and Max help him heal. They are a great couple making each other stronger. I appreciated that Max reminds Duke of Kat. Duke loves his sister and would do anything for the people he loves.

Prince Pucking Charming was skillfully written. It is a heartwarming and entertaining novel. I want to read Dean (Face-Off Series # 6) after reading this book. In that story, Dean gets his best friend, Kat (Duke’s sister), pregnant. The two books overlap. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
