Does exactly what it should, which is to inspire the reader to invest, even when they're low on capital. You won't leave the book with the ability to do it, but you'll leave the book with the drive to learn how, at the very least being aware of the avenues open to you.

There were some good concepts shared to help with someone like me that wants to learn more about getting into rental property investing. The author works for Bigger Pockets, so those products are pushed a lot in the book.
