The New Business Road Test: What entrepreneurs and executives should do before writing a business plan (3rd Edition) by John Mullins
Marketed as a "Pre-Business Plan" feasibility study - this book looks to me like it covers the core of a proper business plan using a custom 7 part model. So far I am just getting started but the key points have all been good and very applicable. I do think the content could be more terse - however that is true of most books :-)
