So this is a thesaurus with the benefit of opposites added in. It's also got a section in the very back for homonyms, which can be useful for pronunciation as well as checking spelling (for example, jail and gaol are both pronounced the same way -and mean the same thing- but I didn't learn that until I visited Ireland). Overall, it's a useful writing tool that's an easy enough reference that it's not completely out of date.

It has a lot of dated information, but it is still relevant. Good portions-- very useful for writers.
