Pasta by Hand: A Collection of Italy's Regional… by Jenn Louis

This book is my winter project. Minnesota winters are long and cold and totally wonderful for comfort food. I used Ruth Reichl's Gourmet Cookbook as a gateway drug to pasta making. This book is Step Two to super dumplings and it is going to be wonderful!
