David Wojahn is the author of eight poetry collections, most recently Interrogation Palace: New and Selected Poems 1982-2004, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, and World Tree, winner of the Academy of American Poets' Lenore Marshall Prize and the Poets' Prize. He has received a Guggenheim show more Fellowship, two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Amy Lowell Traveling Poetry Scholarship, and numerous other honors. His previous book of essays, Strange Good Fortune, appeared in 2001. show less
