Character description

Lucille Désirée Ball (August 6, 1911 – April 26, 1989) was an American actress, comedian, model, entertainment studio executive and producer. She was the star of the self-produced sitcoms I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, Here's Lucy, and Life with Lucy, as well as comedy television specials aired under the title The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour.  In 1962, she became the first woman to run a major television studio, Desilu, whche produced many popular television series.

She was married to Desi Arnaz (1940-1960); the marriage produced 2 children Lucie Arnaz (1951) and Desi Arnaz, Jr., (1963). After her divorce for Arnaz, she married Gary Morton (1961).
