The Soho Bibliographies were originally published by Rupert Hart-Davis. However, the John Betjeman volume was published in 2006 by Oxford University Press. The duplication of vol. no's (see vols 9 and 18) may be due to the re-use of no's by OUP. (English, Unclassified)
