About My Library: The Controvich Library is a private library that is primarily focused on Post Civil War U.S. Army unit histories and memoirs. The unit history portion of my library has has been donated to the West Point Library. I am still collecting primarily as a unit history collector, my tagging gives one a good idea of my secondary interests and collections. I am always interested in obtaining unit history titles that I don't have. I generally have a stack of duplicate titles for trading.
About Me: I am a bibliographer and collector of U.S. Army unit and organizational histories, including memoirs. My bibliographic files cover from the colonial era forward whereas my collection is primarily the Post-Civil War ground army. I welcome inquiries regarding whether particular units have any published histories or particulars concerning books in my library.
