SantaThing 2022: Arrivals

Hey y'all, I believe we have over 3/4 of the books for SantaThing 2022 ordered, so it's time to start this thread!

In past years, we've made a map tracking SantaThing deliveries, and we'll do our best to continue the tradition. If you'd like, feel free to post the following:

- Where you're located (not your specific address, just your city, state/province, and country or something identifiable for the map).
- Which bookstore your SantaThing order came from.
- The date on which it arrived.

I'll keep track of these and plot them on the SantaThing 2022 Arrivals map.

This year it was wrapped up in brown paper and stamped with the bookshop name, so I knew what it was! Exciting. Last year there was no label, so I just opened the package when I received it. This year is better 😀

Thank you so very much to my Secret Santa friend. I’m at Flagstaff Hill near Adelaide South Australia and today 19th December 2022 I’ve received two wonderful Christmas themed novels I have not read before. I’ve received “All I want for Christmas” by Maggie Knox and “The Land Girls at Christmas” by Jenny Holmes. Both from Book Depository. Merry Christmas everyone from a very hot sunny SA today. Forecast 30C Christmas Day that’s when I wish I was back home in Scotland as it’s not the same even after almost 41 years here. Stay safe and well xx

First book arrived just before Christmas. I think December 20. Can't be positive on the date because my husband is wont to bring in the mail, stick it on a shelf and forget to mention it to me! :-)

Edited to add: Much to my delight, 3 more books arrived on Friday, December 30th.

One last book showed up in Oregon from Book Depository today, it must have taken the scenic route.

I received my second and likely final book from Book Depository today. I want to send thanks out to my Santa, wonderful job picking out my books! The first I received was Christmas Cupcake Murders by Joanne Fluke. I'm excited to finally be able to read one of her books, they are always gone from my library. The second book is Death by Cashmere by Sally Goldenbaum. I have read this one before, from my library, but I always seem to check it out over and over. Thank you so much for these lovely, cozy selections!

Hi, I was supposed to receive 3 books from Book Depository but I have only received 2. I'm missing The Dearly Beloved by Cara Wall. I've never waited this long for a Santathing book and books I've ordered in the meantime have arrived at their destinations.
