Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards

I've just discovered a group of awards, many of the for books related to food, that have been going for 10 years. The Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards are presented to "champion the achievements of the UK's current and emerging writers, editors, publishers, photographers, broadcasters and personalities who encourage us to enjoy, explore and experience more about food and drink through their work". I'll shortly post the book shortlists for the 11th awards, to be presented later in 2023. But below the role of honour. Not all prizes have been awarded over the full history of the prize. I am only showing the book prizes - there are individual prizes as well.
