A blue cover, a cover with an item of clothing, a cover with a blue item of clothing, a blue cover with a blue item of clothing - the choice is yours!
The wiki is here, if you like to add your book.

The cover for The Sweet Remnants of Summer by Alexander McCall Smith has a woman in a blue dress next to a pool of water.

I plan to read The Blue Castle by LM Montgomery
8JayneCM
>7 Cecilturtle: I read that last year for 'blue' and loved it.
10MissBrangwen
My plan is to read Das verschwundene Fräulein by Elsa Dix. It features a woman wearing a dress, and the blue sky and sea. It is the last in the series.
11SF_fan_mae
I've picked The Ghost and the Femme Fatale, which has a hat on the cover.
16Robertgreaves
Currently reading A Canticle for Leibowitz by Walter M. Miller Jr, which has a navy blue background representing a blueprint and a light blue initial capital on a manuscript:

Completed Through the Evil Days by Julia Spencer-Fleming.

My cover looks bluer than how it appears here!

Finished The Library of Unruly Treasures by Jeanne Birdsall, which has a girl wearing a blue hoodie on the cover.

I have finished Frau Helbing und der verschollene Kapitän by Eberhard Michaely. The background colour of the cover is a dark blue, and our eponymous heroine is shown wearing an iconic piece of clothing, a yellow raincoat known as East Frisian Mink in my neck of the woods.

I have finished several books with people wearing clothes on the cover:
Mister Monday by Garth Nix
Shiftless by Aimee Easterling
The Doctors Blackwell by Janice P. Nimura, also has blue background
All the Lonely People by Mike Gayle, also has a blue background
Clementine by Cherie Priest

I read Not the Kind of Earl You Marry by Kate Pembrooke, which was the perfect choice for this KIT: The cover is almost entirely blue, as is the lady's gown.
29Robertgreaves
Currently reading Poison or Protect by Gail Carriger. The cover shows a woman in a cream ball gown. Behind her is a blue dado rail and some sort of blue decorative element - maybe tinsel?

Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble by HP Mallory ★★

A self-deprecating witch with the unique ability to reanimate the dead. A dangerously handsome warlock torn between being her boss and her would-be lover.
A six-hundred-year-old English vampire with his own agenda, one that includes an appetite for witches. The Underworld in a state of chaos. Let the games begin.
Life isn’t bad for psychic Jolie Wilkins. True, she doesn’t have a love life to speak of, but she has a cute house in the suburbs of Los Angeles, a cat, and a quirky best friend. Enter Rand Balfour, a sinfully attractive warlock who insists she’s a witch and who just might turn her life upside down. Rand hires her to help him solve a mystery regarding the death of his client, who also happens to be a ghost. Jolie not only uncovers the cause of the ghost’s demise but, in the process, she brings him back to life! Word of Jolie’s incredible ability to bring back the dead spreads like wildfire, putting her at the top of the Underworld’s most wanted list. Consequently, she finds herself at the center of a custody battle between a villainous witch, a dangerous but oh-so-sexy vampire, and her warlock boss, Rand.
This book had no plot other than let's hate each other and fight, while we still want to tear each other's clothes off. Some of the lamest vampires and witches I have ever read, with the unnecessary dogs (I mean, werewolves).
I am reading one book for color and one book for cover. This is my cover choice this month.

The (wonderfully dated) cover of An Unlikely Romance by Betty Neels has a blue stripe at the top, blue text, and a blue ocean. It also features several articles of clothing: trousers, a jacket, and a scarf on the man, and a skirt suit and turtleneck on the woman.
34MissWatson
The back cover of Out on the Rim by Ross Thomas is blue.
35Cecilturtle
I finished The Blue Castle by L.M. Montgomery
36christina_reads
I read Brother Cadfael's Penance by Ellis Peters, which features a lot of blue tones on the cover, including the man's tunic.

One Day in December by Josie Silver
I know I started reading this some years ago, but must not have finished it because I can only remember the beginning. So this lovely romance has been languishing unread all this time. I’m glad I came across it again.
38MissWatson
I have finished Bretonische Geheimnisse by Jean-Luc Bannalec, seventh in the Commissaire Dupin series. All the books in the series have gorgeous pictures of Brittany and lots of blue background on the covers.
39MissWatson
One more book with a blue background on the cover: The Samurai Detectives Vol. 1. Historical fiction from Japan which feels like a very alien culture.
40MissBrangwen
I read Rental Person Who Does Nothing by Shoji Morimoto for CultureKIT and realized that it fits this KIT perfectly, too. The cover shows a person wearing a blue hoodie and a blue hat. It's just as well because I don't think that I'll get to my initial choice this month.

I just read The Gilded Shroud by Elizabeth Bailey, whose cover features blue curtains and a blue bedspread.

The Curse of the Dragon Shadow by Selina A Fenech ★★½

Her sister is missing. Her world is broken. And the smallest dragon could spark the deadliest war. In a land ravaged by shadows and monsters, Riony has nothing left but her sword and her vow to protect her sister, no matter the cost. But when she rescues a rare, magical dragon hatchling from certain death, Riony becomes the target of ruthless dragon riders and undead horrors alike. The hatchling is too dangerous to keep… and too precious to let go. There's no way Riony can keep the newborn dragon safe and save her stolen sister. But how could she choose between them? With danger and enemies all around, the smallest misstep could mean losing everything.
I love the cover and really wanted to love the book. However, the characters annoyed me, and there were not enough dragons for my taste. This may suit YA readers better, but it is not one I would recommend to adult readers.

I made significant progress this month in Les Miserables by Victor Hugo (1862):

The blue & white cover of this edition shows various images from the book, including an important character, Fantine, in a blue dress.
I'm about half-way through and hope to finish the remaining 600+ pages by the end of March.

I have read Lad, A Dog by Albert Payson Terhune. The cover shows a beautiful collie dog with a pretty blue sky behind him.
46VivienneR

I read The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett by Annie Lyons
I started reading this immediately after The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fyfe, a similar book about a senior whose life story (or end of life story) is changed by a complete stranger. There seems to be a sudden profusion of the genre recently. I raced through this one so that I could go on to something different.

I didn't get to finish my original choice for this KIT. But my last book of the month has multiple shades of blue on the cover.
49MissBrangwen
I finished listening to Playing Under the Piano by Hugh Bonneville. The cover features a blue background and the author wearing a coat and a white shirt underneath.

On Friday I finished Enchanting the Fae Queen by Stephanie Burgis, whose cover features a man in a blue military uniform.
