Typical Martha but her techniques are usually flawless. Some interesting recipes. The technique for perfect hard-boiled eggs on p 63 works every time.
I have to admit it - I enjoyed this cookbook. Words I never thought I'd write. Not normally a Martha fan, but this is a great cookbook. I found several recipes I loved and more that I set aside to try later. It is written so that even someone as challenged as i am in the kitchen could follow directions and BE SUCCESSFUL. Hats off to Martha. I will be sure to check out more of her books as they come my way.
