Some of the dishes in here leave me cold, but there are enough delicious-looking ones to more than make up. And as always, the dishes are photographed to their most delectable extent.
Not completely 'healthy' ingredients. Lots of butter, heavy cream, sauces. frying. Basic techniques for stewing, cutting, using a bain marie very good for very beginner cooks.
