This has been on my bookshelf for a while, but I had forgotten about it and hadn't read it. It is an easy, funny, read. I have always enjoyed the way Barnard skewers the pretentious whether politicians or here, actors and musicians.
Where to begin? Save the wasted time and begin with the ending, the last 25 pages are all that are worth reading. Rushed, badly paced, improbable, but most disappointingly it's dull.
