There are so many good recipes in this book. It's one that will rarely steer you wrong. Easy to follow, typically not time-consuming to make, and delicious beyond your wildest dreams. Favorites include the carrot-ginger soup and the cornmeal-crusted tempeh (which also works well with tofu or seitan, depending on your protein preference). The section on appetizers is remarkably thorough and diverse, and will surely inspire your party with some tasty options. Recommended.
You'll be hard pressed to find recipes in this book that are way too simple like a red beans and rice dish, and also too hard requiring comlicated ingredients you'll never find. The dishes are easy, delicious and prove that vegan cooking can be and is delicious.
