Expanding a cooking repertoire via a class in the adult education department can be murder.

While the concept in the storyline was interesting, it wasn't as interesting for me as the characters. Reading the book, I found the characters....humorous....in that I saw bits and pieces of folks I know.

Nice diversion for an evening or two, but not overly noteworthy.

When one of the students in the cooking class organized by Eugenia Potter is murdered, she finds herself looking at her home town and old friends with new eyes to try and find a killer who is only too willing to kill again. Good beginning to the series. A slightly less interesting setting than the later books.
Tek kelimeyle berbat.
