I certainly enjoyed reading as many Louis L'Amour westerns as I could growing up. While I probably would not go back and read them again, this is a great way to remember the feeling of reading them the first time.
This is a grand coffee-table book of brilliant color photos of the many aspects of Texas. The pictures are uniformly beautiful - chamber of commerce illustrations of the cities, and countryside that are found in Texas. Honestly, I can not think why I have this book since I was born and raised here and do not remember buying it or receiving it as a gift.
A rich visual documentation of the ancient Native Americans who lived in the Four Corners region of the Southwest. Brilliant photography of their massive pueblo cities accompanies the eminently readable text. 127 full-color and black-and-white photographs. Source: Publisher
