I cd swear I reviewed this already.. but, apparently not - given that no review appears to be here. Anyway, Voltairine de Cleyre was an anarchist & this small pamphlet only gives the briefest of introductions to her. Nonetheless, I learned more than I had previosuly & this might just prompt me to delve deeper.
This volume is for activists engaging with dynamic questions of how to create and support effective movements for visionary systemic change. The author's collection of essays and interviews presents powerful lessons for transformative organizing by offering a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities of anti-racist work in white communities, feminist work with men, and bringing women of color feminism into the heart of the social movements. from book cover
