Gross - could have done without the descriptions of sloughing off skin and pork taste with the oral stuff - but well written for a horror book that's all about the evil vamp lore.

Truly the most awful book I've attempted to read in years. The characters are awful, the language is awful, and the premise is awful. DNF after the absolute minimum 50 pages.

Paperback. I don't even know how this book came to be on my shelf, but I'm tossing it rather than inflicting it on someone else by putting it in the donation box.

I was attempting to read this book for the Booklikes Halloween Bingo 2019, for the square American Horror Story: Horror set in the United States, but will pick show more a different book instead. show less

A gay teenager wished he was a girl so he can go to the prom and dance with the hunk he's been lusting after for years. His fairy godmother obliges. But this is a horror story and things don't go as planned. Not to my taste, but an interesting take on changing genders.
