A dead whale or a stove boat;: Cruise of Daisy in the Atlantic Ocean, June 1912-May 1913 by Robert Cushman Murphy
So this is the photographs that Murphy took while sailing with the Daisy- a cruise he wrote about in Logbook for grace. There are some really interesting pictures in here, none, however, that do any justice to a whale. It being, I suspect, virtually impossible to take a good picture of one with the cameras of the time. If you are interested in whaling, this book is well worth your while.
