I wanted to know more about the war, this tells more about forts and Generals and less about events. Maps are often worthless as they are so small you can't even read them with a magnifine glass. Will have to find another book on the war, as it was a prelude to the revolution and taught the Colonists how to fight and win.
An interesting topic, but the writing style was very dry, there are a lot of proofing errors and the figures are not arranged very conveniently, which often made it hard for me to follow.
