How to Break Your Addiction to a Person: When and Why Love Doesn't Work, and What to Do About It by Howard Halpern

I just read this book for the third time. I've read several other books on the topic and this one has by far been the most helpful for me. There are so many parts of it that I copied down in my journal and underlined and wrote "yes yes exactly!!" next to. So I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is dealing with being obsessed with someone. Really.
