Easy to read and understand. Anyone looking to improve their lives will want to read this. I am definitely going to reread it again. I found all the 99 rules very stright forward and to the point. The main point the author is trying to make is that anything we do in life cut to the chase, don't waste, and get whatever you have done,done.I esp. like the following rules that we mentioned: # 45 You can't please everyone.# 55 Debrief #10 Don't hide your passion. #88 When you hear something show more once,pay attention. When you hear it twice act. show less

You'll get something out of it, but borrow it.

With short (one-and-two-page) chapters, this book is a quick read and will help you focus on identifying your role in the organization, helping you prioritize actions that provide the most important business results.

This is good, but not great. I'd say borrow it first.
