Possum and Other Receipts for the Recovery of "Southern" Being (Mercer University Lamar Memorial Lectures) by Marion Montgomery
Montgomery is always worth reading, although his nonfiction style is not appealing and in fact sometimes seems almost unreadable. It gets better in the second and particularly in the third of these lectures. For me their main value is that he has assembled and intelligently presented a pretty good collection of references on his subject.
