Well, it turns out that the library is more efficient than the publisher -- it was my turn to read A Christmas Hope so I won't be using/reading the ER copy when/if it arrives. Ho hum... Glad to know it's not me, though -- and hope everyone else enjoys their books!

ER books aren't considered to be late until 60 days after the announcement, so books from the October batch can't even be marked as late yet. Some publishers take longer than others, and occasionally, books don't show up at all, but that's not common.
