I feel like I've chosen quite a few books this month that a bit hard-to-hold. (It's only been 3, but it feels like more.) This encyclopedia is very well done and full of information. Helen Strudwick edited The Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt very well, and it was a nice read. This book provides so much good information, for people who are both new to the studying Ancient Egypt and those who are quite familiar with it. Reading this book was very nice, and it was a good refresher to Ancient show more Egypt and its history. In addition, the photos and text in the book both really help with telling the story of Ancient Egypt and showing what evidence that's been found. show less
