Good introduction with a flair of euro-centrist superiority.
Your standard encyclopedia for the history of philosophy. Störig's "history of philosophy" includes a nice amount on eastern philosophy and deals with all the better known, big names from western philosophy. From the metaphysics-oriented natural philosophers until the huge diversity of 20th century philosophy movements - Störig has it all.
I liked this book so much when reading it for language history class, that I re-read it, just for fun a while later.
And since the subject doens't stop to fascinate me, I think I'll re-read it one more at least :-)
