Inserted in this book are notes my mother must have made on Kitchen requirements notepaper: Left Cosham at 7.30 a.m. and travelled via Southampton, Wimborne, Tolpuddle, Lyme Regis to Devon, arriving at about 12.10. Did we call in at Wimborne on our way back? I think we did. It was my Dad's birthplace. Was it 1960?

This book was devised and edited by Delderfield; parts one and three were written by Cook. Lots of information, pictures, genealogical trees, a list of prime ministers and more in a concise format!
