Frances Radclyffe, née Sidney, Countess of Sussex (1531–1589,) was a lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth I of England and the founder of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.
She was the aunt of the poet Sir Philip Sidney and his sister Lady Mary Sidney, Countess of Pembroke.
