#24 appydo, how does All American Girl connect back to #23's One for the Money? It apears you jumped a fence.

Combining #23 & #27 brings us to:

The House the Rockefellers Built: A Tale of Money, Taste, and Power in Twentieth-Century America by Robert F. Dalzell
The Red Power Murders by Thomas King
Red Beans and Vice by Lou Jane Temple
The Shark-Infested Custard: a Novel of Crime, Vice and Sex by Charles Willeford

#27. It does appear so....It appears that what happened was that, by the time I finished making up my list and posted, Idid not noticed there had been 3-4 (one deleted) posts in the interim. I simply posted what I had listed and paid no attention to the last post, I think. The other possibility, which is more likely, is that either I did not refresh my page or the system was down and my post was shuffled into the wrong order. I don't know...it's a mystery to me. I apologize for the confusion.
