Ruritania, New Switzerland etc. - countries from exotic traveller's tales. This not a list for fantasy countries like Gondor or Narnia that belong in other worlds or parallel universes (e.g. where Hitler won World War II, or magic works). These are normal, sensible everyday countries in our own mundane world; they just happen to not exist - neither now nor at any time in the past.
